Refund policy
We take pride in the quality and safety of our products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our items, specific return conditions apply.
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
- You received the incorrect item
To qualify:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Change-of-mind purchases
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email
- Provide your order number and supporting images (if damaged/incorrect)
- Our team will review and provide return instructions
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Exchanges
Where possible, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
Shipping Costs on Returns
- If the return is due to a Bosom error (defective/incorrect item), we will cover return shipping
- Otherwise, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility
Retail Purchases
Products purchased from physical retail stores must be returned directly to the store of purchase and will be subject to that store’s return policy.
